Just guessing, but if you’re looking for ways to prepare ahead of a meal, you could also freeze quiche raw (unbaked).
Then bake directly from the freezer in 350F oven until hot in the middle. About one to one and a half hours. Remove from oven, let rest about 10 minutes and serve.
I would put it in the microwave ON DEFROST MODE for about 2 minutes. This does heat it up w/o really cooking it more. I don't have any issue with becoming rubbery either. This same tip works for pizza too.
Honestly, most quiche is meant to be served room temp or slightly chilled- not piping hot. So if you stored in in the fridge, you can just take it out a few hours ahead of time and let it warm naturally. Covered, of course. You can also cover it with foil and reheat it in a preheated 325F oven for about 15 minutes or so- you would be the best judge of how hot you want it to get, and it could take a bit longer if you wanted it piping hot. But be careful because if you overdo it- because reheating it can also make it rubbery. It's an egg custard at the end of the day, and custards don't much care to be twice baked.
