I usually use a half sheet pan (13x18 inches) - but you can really use a lot of different baking pans to make this recipe, just adjusting the amount of dough as needed! For example, if your pan is smaller, you may want to use a bit less dough so your pizza isn’t significantly thicker! Happy baking!
