Baking Lind pastry case keeps sticking

Help!! I am trying to bake a pastry case following a Mary berry recipe. I have attempted making it twice and the same thing happens. Bottom of base keeps sticking to parchment paper during blind bake. Any idea why this is happening? I'm using rice to weigh it down. Could this be the issue?

Could it be that your pasty is not actually cooked done before you are trying to peel away the paper? The sides of a pastry will often bake and brown before the weighted bottom, because the weights are holding in moisture. I get around this by pouring off my pie weights (I use old beans myself) once the sides are starting to brown and set, and leave the paper in place. That lets the bottom finish baking. Then I peel the paper off fairly quickly once it comes out of the oven.
