Has anyone baked these after freeezing shaped balls?

Can I bake these from frozen or semi thawed? What temperature and how long?

Thanks drbabs! I went ahead and baked them from just thawed. My SO likes them to spread right out. When I made them fresh, I chilled right down and baked on parchment. This time out of the freezer, I baked on Silpats and them came out even puffier. Thought they would spread more. Any ideas? Regardless they are totally delish! But if I make the whole batch at once, he will devour in same time as half a recipe - and I don’t have a sweet tooth so I eat a token one hehe! Thanks for a super recipe again!

Absolutely. I do this all the time. You can bake them from frozen— it will just take a little longer. Sometimes I cut the frozen dough balls in half, especially if I’m bringing the cookies to a pot luck (remember those?) where there will be lots of desserts.
