Substitute for agar agar flakes?

Can you substitute cornstarch or arrowroot powder for the agar agar flakes? And if not, is there a particular brand you prefer? Also, any brand for freeze dried raspberries?

Agar is what sets it up...arrowroot doesn't gel.
I like Eden Brand for the Agar flakes and I used Natierra freeze dried raspberries.

Thanks! I could only find agar powder. Looks like 1.5 tsp of powder = 4 tsp of flakes. Excited to make this!!
