Can I make this in a dehydrator? If yes what setting and any changes to the original recipe?

Although not this recipe, I have dehydrated kale chips at 115 degrees 8-12 hrs. Hard to predict exact time, depending on moisture level, your dehydrator itself. Check dehydrator manual.
