Haven't made this recipe as cupcakes, but most cakes work well in that smaller form. Fill cupcake forms about 2/3 full with batter, bake at same temp but check sooner - about 15 to 18 minutes total. Or, if you like, make half the recipe. Since the sheet pan has a capacity of about 13 cups, half the recipe would do well in a pan about 7-8 cups size (loaf pan, 8x8" square baking pan, 10" deep dish pie plate).
