Hi Amy,

I should definitely share it in the future, but at the moment, my recipe is not on Food52 or on my blog. However, here are the ingredients I put in my mashed potatoes: vegan butter, unsweetened soy milk, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and a touch of dijon. I also use Yukon Gold potatoes. I hope it helps :)

Amy - from the picture they look like mashed potatoes with flat-leaf parsley. Since Murielle Bannickissa used a seasoning from tv chef RIcardo for the mushrooms, maybe his mashed potatoes recipe will work well. Just add some parsley.
