Soya cream is not in the ingredients

Hi, in the preparation is written to add soya cream, but in the ingredients doesn't exist.Can you tell us, please, which is the quantity?Thank you!:)

Also is written "Add the miso and tomato, cook for 2 minutes more. Pour in the broth,".... which broth?? Is not written neither in the ingredients.
