We hosted a very small wedding reception for a bride who was immune compromised. We plated everything in advance so there was no cross contamination with serving pieces. Im goin 2 attach 1 photo.

No menu ideas, but yes on serving.
Depending on the regulations in your area, have everyone use sanitizing lotion before the meal.
Also, have only one person serving and use only neutral serving pieces (that is, ones no one has eaten with).
