Here are the measurements I used while testing the recipe:
- 1 large zucchini (15 oz) approximately 12 strips, 1 medium zucchini (10 oz) approximately 10 strips
- 6 large strips covered the surface of a 9x13 pan
- Cut zucchini into ⅛ inch or larger strips
