I'd say 2-3 days. The mushrooms probably won't deteriorate much more after that, but the herbs will seem a bit tired, in my experience.
(Incidentally, I'd add a lot more fresh herbs than the recipe calls for. At this time of year especially, when fresh oregano is plentiful, and soft and sweet, I'd use fresh, plus a few basil leaves finely chopped, instead of the Italian seasoning.)
I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but my extended family likes them -- and we always make big, beautiful cheese boards when we get together for meals -- so I'm definitely going to try this!
