Following Liz D suggestion, another way is to figure out how much the ingredients add up to (in cups or liters) and use a pan a bit larger than that.
A quick scan of the ingredients shows about 11 cups or 2 1/2 liters.

I think most ramekins are 6-8 ounce capacity? so maybe a 2-to-2.5 quart baking pan? You could always measure the peaches &amp;amp; batter prior to assembly, then prepare a pan that will hold it all?
