I use Morton’s Kosher salt, amount exactly as stated, works perfectly fine.

Judy, if you only have Kosher salt you can get it finer by blitzing it in a food processor or a blender for a few pulses.

Hi Judy! You could go with whatever brand you like here, but we do suggest a fine salt, versus something coarse.
