If it is the metal bowl that is stuck, put some ice in it. Wait a few minutes and try to loosen. If you suspect that it is stuck because of some sticky substance on the base and under the bowl pour a little hot water on the base, and then try to loosen.
There's a Kitchen Aid (unofficial) repair guy on TikTok, @Mr._Mixer, who might have a video on how to un-stick the bowl. He showed me how to tighten the pin on my KA tilt-head. Soon, I'm gonna watch the video on how to adjust the speed on my mixer. He also has Youtube videos (@Mrmixer316 on maintenance and minor repair. He also has a Q&A on his TT, so you can ask him about this.
I'm not affiliated in any way with this guy or his business. Just a fan whose KA headpin no longer wobbles out.
Have a look at this video from the manufacturer. If their suggestions don't work, there are more on YouTube. https://producthelp.kitchenaid.com/Countertop_Appliances/Stand_Mixers/Tilt_Head_Mixer/Bowl_Concerns/Bowl_Stuck_-_Tilt-head_Mixer
