Probably the most hilarious recipe on Food52

Looking for a recipe to make a sort of black bean/cheese/pepper/cornbread in a cast iron pan recipe (and not finding exactly what I want, will have to improvise) when I came across PJCAMP's 2015 Beans and Cornbread and it is a gem to read despite the dreadful accompanying photo. If Food52 could TickTok I'd want to get this person on it. Just came here to say this. You're welcome.
