Is there any chance of getting the recipes in grams? Instead of cups
I'm from Europe and I don't know how to use those measurements🙈

I prefer mass to volume, so I have most of these ratios memorized (though I did look at a blog recipe of the writer to confirm her flour conversion, as there can be a lot of variation in that, depending on how the baker gets the flour out of the bag or other container and into the measuring cup). For the vanilla cupcakes:
180 cups flour
113 grams butter
198 grams sugar
3 grams salt
4 g baking powder
4.2 grams vanilla
112 grams buttermilk
I'll convert the chocolate later today as time permits. I'm sure there are others out there who would find both quite helpful! ;o)

Ooops. That should be 180 grams of flour (yikes). Sorry. ;o)

Alas the site doesn't so that.
Search the web with "how to convert recipe from imperial to metric" and you'll get:
1) charts to do the conversion yourself;
2) links to apps that will do it for you.
