Is there a Gluten Free variation?

I found this recipe under Gluten Free Baking. Any way to make this gluten free do you think? Have you or anyone tried that. Always looking for gluten free "twice baked cookies" Thank you

I would simply substitute one of the commercial gluten-free flour substitute blends, such as King Arthur Baking’s Measure - for - Measure. You would use exactly the same amount of the GF blend as the all purpose flour called for in the recipe. I would not alter any other ingredient, or any of the steps in the process. ;o)

You might also look at an existing recipe for GF mandel brot (like biscotti) for the proportions of ingredients used.
