Waffle Maker for Alternative Baking & Cooking

Our All-Clad waffle maker - the Tesla of waffle irons, truly -- I'm sure is up to the task. I've made gluten-free waffles on it many times, as well as non-standard waffles, including some pretty crazy post-Thanksgiving concoctions, waffled. The non-stick finish is first rate. Like everything All-Clad, it cost a pretty penny, but not only is it gorgeous, but I am quite confident it will outlive me by many decades, giving my children and their children many years of happiness (yes, happiness . . . we do love our waffles here!) ;o)
