Have you ever tried making this recipe with Gluten Free 1 for 1 flour?

Agree with AJ. I’ve had best results with Cup4Cup.

I haven't made this bread specifically, but I've made many quick breads, especially banana breads, using one for one gluten free blends, and they work great! I would not hesitate to use it here. ;o)
