Can I use a non-stick skillet? Can I use Greek yogurt in place of the CF?

Hi J and thanks, DrBabs! Same note about the nonstick skillet—only if it's oven-safe to 450°F. And Greek yogurt could work as a sub, but aim for full-fat since the crème fraîche is so rich; sour cream would also work.

Yes to the non-stick skillet as long as it’s oven safe to 450. (Not all are, so check.) Yes to Greek yogurt.
