Non-Dairy Sub for Galette Crust

I'm making a savory galette (squash and onions). The crust recipe calls for sour cream or Greek yogurt. What can I substitute that is non-dairy?

What about the cream top from a can of full fat coconut milk? Thai Kitchen and Native Forest are both good brands. Just make sure you don't shake it.

Toffutti makes a tofu sour cream which works well as a sub.
