Don’t forget the tzatziki! If they’re with lamb you’ll want to serve them warm, otherwise cold or room temp is fine.

I love stuffed grape leaves! For a party, I’d make a platter with the grape leaves in one section (I’d probably halve them), a pile of cubed feta cheese, some kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and little pita triangles (or pita chips) with a ramekin of hummus. But I also often have them for lunch on a bed of lettuce with a squeeze of lemon juice and maybe some hummus as a dip.
