Can I use avocado oil in place of the olive oil?

I suspect that it might taste a bit different. Olive oil in cakes, even chocolate ones, and especially in this quantity (1/3 cup) does give the cake (or brownies, etc.) mild savory undertones. It won't affect the texture or cooking time, etc., so go for it! ;o)
