Adjustment recommendations for half recipe

What pan size/shape, shorter baking time, and possible oven temperature change should I use for a half recipe? Thanks

Use 8-9” square pan, and bake at 325 for probably 30-45 minutes “ until cake smells fragrant and moist crumbs adhere to a toothpick inserted in the center;” you’ll want to keep checking it after 30 minutes or so.
