Based off of canning instructions for cranberry sauce, which is similar: https://nchfp.uga.edu/how/can_02/cran_sauce.html

Looks like this relish can be canned in a boiling water canner. Processing time will depend on your altitude. 0-1000 ft above sea level is 15 minutes (for half pints & pints, hot packed).
