Should I use a baking dish or baking sheet?

The first paragraph reads put in a deep dish so doesn't spill over.....but the recipe says lay the dough on a baking sheet (making it rustic). I am preparing this now, which would you suggest? Thank you, Stacey

I made this ages and ages ago, so don't quite remember for sure, but I'm fairly certain I just made it on a sheet pan with parchment, but I'd recommend not using a sheet pan without sides just in case (I always hate cleaning up the bottom of the oven). Hope it turns out well!
