Overnight storage in fridge question

In addition to what the others have said, oftentimes, lemon turns asparagus an unattractive grey color overnight.

Agree with drbabs about not reheating a fully sauced pasta dish.
Prepare the parts separately, and yes assemble just before serving.
But I HAVE stored cooked un-sauced pasta in advance of using it, and it works.

I’ve never had much luck with reheating pasta dishes. Often they’re gummy and unpleasant the next day. You can make the lemony crème fraiche the night before and prep everything else, but I’d cook the pasta at the time of service.
