don't like cilantro. can anyone suggest a substitution? basil??

Thyme and lemon would give it more of a Cajun vibe.

Most leafy herbs go well with shrimp - basil, flat leaf parsley, dill, etc.
Pick one you like and/or that goes well with the rest of your menu.
Or use a peppery dark green like watercress or arugula.
