No Lawry's? Lawry's in video vs. MSG/Kosher salt in printed recipe above

Video used Lawry's seasoning salt instead of MSG/Kosher salt, what would amount of Lawry's be? Thank you!

I would probably try 1-1.5 teaspoons the first time around. There's already a ton of other flavoring agents in this dish and the chicken is already pre-brined. I'm not convinced this dish needs any more salt, especially if it is served with a bottled hot sauce.

If my math is correct, 1/4 C. kosher salt = 45 g. 4 C. water = 900 g. That's a 5% solution which is pretty salty especially if you dare let it brine overnight.
