Something is missing in the ingredient list

Where is the whole wheat flour in the ingredient list? It’s listed in the instructions as a ingredient to add to the streusel but there’s no amount noted in the list

You’re right. In her rhubarb crumble pie, she uses 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour in the topping. That seems about right. https://www.bhg.com/recipe/pure-rhubarb-crumble-pie/
