How long does this whole process take?

This was written before we were required to list prep and cook times. I’d allow about an hour for the prep— there are a lot of steps, and I tend to move slowly when I’m making something for the first time. Then there is almost an hour for cooking, and a half hour for cooling. So figure at least 2.5 hours altogether.
