I have a different sized package of puff pastry than the one listed for Grandma's Mushroom Puffs. It is Dufour brand and seems to be one sheet, 14 oz.

Rather than 2 sheets in 17.3 oz package. I'm having trouble figuring out how big to roll out the 14oz sheet to get the right thickness, and also how many it will make. I bought two 14 oz packages. Thanks!
