What steps should I follow to make this pie ahead of time?

I see that this pie is tagged "make ahead." Any suggestions on how to make and store this? I want to make it one day before serving. What is the best plan for making this ahead?

Hi Nadezhcm -- you can make this the day before. Let it cool completely, then cover it loosely with plastic wrap. It will be great the next day.

If I'm making it several days in advance should I just refridgerate it or should I freeze it do you think? Making Sunday for Thursday
