Has anyone tried to triple this recipe?

Has anyone tried to triple the recipe for six adults, and can offer guidance or share learnings? Often doing a straight-up multiplication of each ingredient doesn't yield the best results, so hoping someone has had success making this for more than two people. Thx!

Haven’t multiplied it myself, but a web search shows many similar recipes, including blogs, Sainsbury’s (Brit supermarket) and NY Times. Have a look at one or two of them, in case you want to check ingredient volumes

The recipes I saw were for a dinner dish for 4 or 6.
