chetna makan's: best vegan recipes

i haven't seen her books, but i learned of her on youtube and she's very popular -- i think everything gets a great review. i have done a few of her recipes, some being better than others. it would be helpful to hear from people familiar w her recipes as to which ones were stellar. i'll b doing 10-20 of her recipes over the next 2 wks. happy to share my own recommendations.
