Please double check recipe — cup or flour?

Looking for a coffee marinade for chicken breasts. Read thru this recipe which sounds delicious — but ingredients need a review. Calls for a cup of flour that is never used and a pound of butter: 1/4 lb used in the kale SO 3/4lb for the farro ???

Can you tell me how many cups is in a pot of coffee? I have 4, 8 and 12 cup percolators somewhere…lol

If you do a web search for recipes like this you’ll find then from highly rated restaurants, hunters and newspapers like la times , with much more reasonable proportions.
I would use one of those.

Here are some of the recipes that look best. Brewed coffee, coffee grounds and fat (butter or oil) are given in (recognizable) imperial or metric measures. Don't see flour in most of the coffee-marinated duck recipes.
