Refrigerate chicken cutlets after browning
I'm wondering if there are safety issues with browning breaded chicken cutlets and refrigerate overnight. Would finish off next day by baking with sauce. I'm not going to have time, or energy to do this on Saturday so it's either this or freeze the chicken.

I would worry about chicken (or any meat) that has only been browned and not cooked through.
