How much butter to add with the wine for the sauce?

Hi Amy! The recipe author actually posted an identical version of this specifying 250 grams (or 2 sticks and 1.5 tablespoons) of butter: https://food52.com/recipes/85192-spring-ravioli. You could add to taste--that seems like a lot!
