Does anyone have a CHEWY Peanut Butter cookie?

Is it so much to ask to want a truly *Chewy all the way through pb cookie- not crumbly or tender, not your average fork imprint cookie but more reminiscent of a thin craggly bakery sugar cookie, one you can really sink your teeth into? Many Ive tried claim to be chewy but are more tender and crumbly, or soft in the middle. If anyone has a recipe that fits this description I will be eternally grateful!:)
