Subbing zest for juice 1:1 would be far too lemony--I would just do the zest of one lemon instead of the juice of one.

I’m sorry, I should have been more specific. I meant subbing zest for rosemary. But I made it this weekend 1ish:1 and it was great. I’m going to do the rosemary next time. Thanks, though!
