Can this be made into individual pies?

I would like to make this into mini pies but worried the ratio to crust won’t work that way. What do think this will yield if turned into mini pies instead?

I think you can make it into mini pies but I would increase (maybe double?) the crust recipe. The additional crusts will require more dough. It's nice that the crust is freeform, giving you more leeway.

Agree with making extra dough. And if you don't need it all, freeze unused part for another round of baking.
