3 DAY SHIPPING...Where is my order?

I ordered 3 day shipping on October 27th and it shows it hasn't even shipped. This site is a complete joke who the heck do can reach out to in order to get this figured out. There is no phone number and I already sent an email. Is this site a scam?

Sometimes there may be delays that are beyond the company's control, by the way if you are concerned about financial management, use the time card calculator.

Things to know about shipping/freight times,

Generally, shipping is based on business days, Monday through Friday. So Saturdays, Sundays, and any public holiday, are NOT considered business days. An order placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. With 3-day shipping, the package should arrive on Wednesday. In this case: package shipped on Oct 30, delivered by Nov 1. There is even specific notation, here it is T+3, where T = transaction date (order date).

It is a standard method of time calculation that is used not only in transport/shipping but also in finance (eg. stock trades). No scam here.
