Is this an 8” or 9” cake? Recipe claims hoth

Question

The note at the bottom says this makes one 8” cake. In the recipe, it says to butter &amp;amp; flour three 9” cake tins. I’m going to go with 9” and just watch the baking time carefully, I guess? Wish me luck!

Thank you so much—and wow, that was fast! I’m so glad I went with 9” pans and put them on sheet pans, bc they overflowed some. But a little trimming and they’ll be perfect. 😍
