No. You can't.

I wouldn't recommend doing that. Although generally the amount of cornmeal called for is small, a cornmeal mix contains a lot of other things besides cornmeal which don't belong in the pie. If you don't have cornmeal, then I would suggest using semolina or even cream of wheat.
