The flour amount is inaccurate.

The standard measurement for a cup of flour is 120 grams, so 1/12 cups in grams is 150, not 260! Please revise and repost. Thank you.,

Looks like this has been corrected to 180g of flour for 1.5 cups :)

Hi @Vinaigrette, 160 grams might be correct for this recipe. The problem with conversion from volume to weight is the aeration of the flour and how the cup measure was done (dip&sweep, spoon into cup & then sweep, etc). If this recipe creator weighed out what they had measured in the cup and they used the scooping method that results in a heavier cup, then it is valid that their 1 cup of flour weighed 160grams. This article gives good explanations of why the weights can vary for a cup of flour: https://pastrieslikeapro.com/frustrating-facts-measuring-flour/#:~:text=Unfortunately%2C%20there%20is%20no%20simple,which%20yield%20a%20different%20weight.
