Is there a Flour weight? There is one for sugar.

There is a weight for sugar, but not flour. Was it left out? Thanks!

Hi--it's not listed, but usually you're pretty safe using 120g as the weight of a cup of AP flour (https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/learn/ingredient-weight-chart), so it would be 360g for the 3 cups.
