I love to bake but can no longer use sugar or all purpose flour. Any suggestions? Needs to be sugar free and low carb

The no AP flour should be easy these days with all the gluten free recipes out there. No sugar is more difficult and I absolutely detest sugar substitutes. So what I would suggest is using fruit purees if you are allowed to have those. Mashed bananas and unsweetened applesauce can often be substituted for some of the fat and sugar in a recipe. You would have to play around with recipes though, unless you find ones online.

There are tons of alternative flour and sugar substitutes in local grocery stores now. Usually gluten free section of the store carries many different options. Or it may be an isle labeled organic or whole foods. Hope this helps. Good luck.
