I need a response to my question. Order is pending and no response since Dec 1, 2023! My order won't get here by Christmas.

As instructed bu Maria,
I emptied my cart (2 items ), cleared browser cookies and history.
I then added the items back into my cart. I tried to enter the CYBER discount code, as expected that doesn't work.
What should I do next? Order is pending and no response since Dec 1, 2023! My order won't get here by Christmas.
