Can I freeze the dough for the future?

Is it possible to roll this dough into a log and freeze for future use. I would think so.

I chose to freeze the dough for approx 3-4 hours and then slice half at a time. to bake Still spread a bit, but I imagine freezing the dough for the future will be fine. THESE ARE UNBELIEVABLE. !
